The sunshine in March was vernal and warm, just like the smiles on the faces of Anqing Foreign Language School’s female teachers who wore bright clothes and added the spring scenery to today’s International Working Women’s Day.
So as to let the female staff feel the holiday cheer and display the charm of women teachers in the new era, Anqing Foreign Language School specially launched the Women’s Day celebrations with the theme of ‘Burst into Bloom in Spring’.
To be specific, the activity started at 10 A.M. when 278 female staff from Anqing Foreign Language School took the school bus to arrive at the New River. They strolled along the river, laughing, talking, enjoying the scenery along the way and freeze-framing each splendid moment with their cameras.
Afterwards, at the Lecture Hall, Anqing Foreign Language School held a featured event -- Glamour Fashion Week. Female teachers from both the east and west campuses were divided into five groups: administrative group, primary and junior high groups, the west campus group as well as the senior high group. Then, they presented an incredible fashion show in five themes as follows: school uniform, sports, leisure, nationality and profession. Thus, the audience in attendance were deeply impressed by our mature, decent and energetic female staff who showcased their unique charm. More remarkably, Anqing Foreign Language School specially invited celebrities in fashion as judges to conduct site rating.
Moreover, at Anqing Foreign Language School’s quality development base at noontime, there was a huge surprise waiting for the women teachers. It turned out that Anqing Foreign Language School prepared an open-air party for all the goddesses who bathed in the sun, tasted wonderful food and enjoyed their selfies, which was cozy and pleasant.
To conclude, the connotation of this Women’s Day event was diversified and full of era characteristics, which substantially displayed the elegant demeanor of Anqing Foreign Language School’s female teachers from family to workplace!
